Playback account holders may delete their account at any time. When a user deletes their account, their data is deleted in accordance with Playback’s privacy policy. From the Android and iOS mobile apps, account deletion can be performed from the account settings screen, accessible via the steps pictured below. Users can request more information or deletion of data beyond the basic account information described in the privacy policy by email at contact@playback.tv.

You can request to have your account deleted by submitting the email address associated with your Playback account below. After verifying your account ownership, we will delete your account in accordance with Playback’s privacy policy.
